John Guest speaker Tim Keefe as we discuss estate planning considerations in the digital age. We will discuss specific estate planning techniques for you within the context of a changing tax environment. Topics to be addressed include, but are not limited to: new types of trusts, trusteed IRA’s , estate planning for your digital assets (such as your Facebook account) and basic documents you should have. The minimum distribution rules, estate tax martial deduction and other income and estate tax provisions are confusing at best, and at worst, seemingly contradictory. As always time will be allotted for your questions.
